This character surrounds the previous letter with commas. Apparently, after pasting this character, your writing becomes right-to-left. I’m guessing that it’s some control character that’s copied along with the circle of commas… See for yourself:

It’s not the character itself that reverses text order; it’s the control character that you copy with it when you copy and paste…

so how can i make this work elsewhere? i copy the character but when i post the thread it converts to some jibberish text

Does your software support unicode? AFAIK, it’s a unicode character.
